Welcome to the Integra Testnet: A First-Time User's Guide

May 1, 2026

The Integra testnet is live. This is a walkthrough of what you can do, where to do it, and how to start earning XP from your first action.

A note before you begin: Integra is the execution layer for real estate, an AI x Blockchain Layer 1 designed to bring a $400 trillion asset class on-chain and make it operable by AI. The testnet is your way to experience that infrastructure in advance of mainnet, and every action you take is recorded against your wallet on the dashboard.

Step 1: Get set up

Connect your wallet. Top-right corner of the dashboard. Any EVM wallet works.

Hit the Faucet. Daily $IRL drip. You'll need it for gas across the testnet, plus it unlocks your first action.

Step 2: The Dashboard

Once you're in, the dashboard is the home base. A few things to know:

The Global Overview (top right) shows you the network's pulse, total users, total XP generated across all participants, total Asset Passports minted. This updates in real time. It's also a useful gut-check for how active the network is on any given day.

The Newsfeed (right column) is where the team posts updates, drops, and milestones. If something new ships, this is where you'll see it first.

Start Here (top center) is the five-action onboarding flow. We'll walk through each one.

Step 3: The Five Core Actions

These are the actions on the dashboard's "Start Here" panel. You can do them in any order, but the order below is the most logical for a new user.

1. Stake

Where: Staking Arena (sidebar)

Stake $TRADE and earn XP daily, automatically. Staking is the simplest passive activity on the testnet, you do it once, and XP accrues without further action.

2. Mint an Asset Passport

Where: Start Here → "Mint" (Asset Passport)

This is the most distinctive action on the network and the one most worth understanding.

An Asset Passport is a verifiable on-chain identity for a real-world property. Every property document a building ever generates title, valuation, lease, inspection gets unified into one schema, one record, one verifiable identity. Until now, this information lived scattered across registries, brokers, and PDFs in different languages and formats. Asset Passport is what makes any real estate asset legible to AI agents for the first time.

When you mint one on testnet, you're creating a structured, machine-readable identity for a sample property. It shows up on the network, gets a unique ID, and joins the 950+ Asset Passports already minted.

This action is foundational. Most other things you can do on the testnet, listing on the orderbook, deploying agents that act on assets, depend on Asset Passports existing.

Don't forget to share your Asset Passport on social media to flaunt.

3. List Your Asset on the Global Orderbook

Where: Start Here → "List Your Asset"

Once an asset has a Passport, you can list it on the Global Orderbook, Integra's unified marketplace for tokenized real estate. Place a sell order, set a price, and the order joins a single shared liquidity layer that any participant on the network can match against.

The orderbook handles compliance gating, atomic settlement, and commission routing automatically. Listing on testnet earns XP and gives you a sense of how trades actually execute when humans and agents interact in the same market.

4. Interact with Agents

Where: Start Here → "Interact with Agents"

This is where Integra differs from every other chain you've used. AI agents on Integra aren't a feature, they're first-class participants with on-chain identity, principal authorization, and accountability for every action.

On testnet, you can deploy autonomous agents that read Asset Passports, scan the orderbook, place bids, and manage portfolios on your behalf. Each agent is bound to your wallet as its principal,. you authorize what it can do, and you can shut it down at any time.

Spin one up to see how it works. The XP is meaningful, but the actual value is getting a feel for what it's like to delegate real workflows to an autonomous counterparty.

5. Explore the Ecosystem

Where: Explore Ecosystem (sidebar) - 42 apps, 9 live today

The Integra ecosystem is the network of dApps building on the chain. As of testnet launch:

  • Lend.xyz — invest in real estate-tokenized bonds (+2,000 XP per investment)
  • PlotSwap — compliance-ready AMM for utility and security tokens (+2,000 XP)
  • Mystery Egg — mintable on-chain collectibles tied to real property landmarks (+1,000 XP)
  • TBank — lending and borrowing against tokenized assets (+3,000 XP)
  • Turf — meme DEX where every token is pegged to a real-world location (+3,000 XP)
  • Home3 — AI and blockchain-powered real estate co-ownership platform
  • Polytrade — RWA marketplace

Another 33 apps are coming soon, including DigiShares, Zoniqx, Valereum, Nyala, Lympid, and more. Each app you interact with earns XP and gets you closer to seeing the full surface of what's being built on Integra.

Step 4: Multiply Your XP in the City Builder

Where: City Builder (sidebar)

This is where the testnet gets genuinely fun.

The City Builder is a virtual city you build using the activity you've already done elsewhere on the network. Every real action you take, staking, minting Asset Passports, listing on the orderbook, interacting with agents, using ecosystem apps feeds into your city. The more you do across the testnet, the more your city compounds, and the more XP it generates back to you.

It's worth understanding the loop: XP earned through real activity on Integra → city grows → city multiplies XP earnings on future activity. The compounding goes both ways. A user who does five different things across the testnet will out-earn a user who does one thing five times, even if the raw action count is the same.

This is why the dashboard's "Start Here" flow rewards diversity. Stake once, mint a Passport, list an asset, deploy an agent, try an ecosystem app. Five distinct actions seed your city more than five repeats of the same one.

Step 5: The Social District

Where: Social District (sidebar)

The Social District is where the testnet meets the community. It's a lighter layer of activity, content, partner campaigns, social milestones that gives you small XP top-ups for engaging with what the ecosystem is doing.

Right now, this is also where you'll find live partner campaigns (Follow-on-X drops from PlotSwap, Prydict, Mystery Egg, Toyow, TBank, Home3, Lend.xyz, each worth 100 XP). These rotate, end, and refresh, so it's worth a quick check-in periodically.

Don't anchor your strategy here, the real XP comes from on-chain activity. But it's a useful place to discover what partners are launching and what's shipping next.

What to Try First: A 10-Minute Path

If you want a single sequence that gets you across the network in one short session:

  1. Connect your wallet
  2. Hit the Faucet for $IRL
  3. Stake to a validator (sets up daily passive XP)
  4. Mint an Asset Passport (the foundational action)
  5. List the asset on the Global Orderbook
  6. Try one ecosystem app
  7. Deploy an agent (Interact with Agents)
  8. Open the City Builder and watch what your activity has built

After this, you'll have used the four core primitives, Asset Passport, Global Orderbook, Agent Passport, staking plus seen the ecosystem and the City Builder loop. You'll also be on the leaderboard.

What's Next

This is testnet. Everything you see here is a preview of how mainnet will work, with one important difference: mainnet will involve real assets, real compliance, real settlement. Testnet is your chance to learn the surface area before that happens.

The dashboard updates as the network grows. New ecosystem apps go live weekly. New campaigns drop in the Social District. New milestones get announced in the Newsfeed.

If you build, trade, or invest in real estate or if you build agents, Integra is being built for you. The testnet is the door. Go through it.
